Many clients ask me about the importance of knowing if they are short or long waisted and what does it mean for the clothes they wear. In my humble opinion, knowing you are short waisted or long waisted is not the 'be all and end all' of style but it will help you make better choices when shopping and ultimately add an extra 'je ne sais quoi' to one's outfit.
